Hey there, magical friends!
I've been knee-deep in pixie dust and polymer clay, whipping up some enchanting new fairy bottle designs. Right now, I have 9 sparkly bottles, each one more whimsical than the last. My ambitious goal is to have 20 new designs ready before the next Lunar Faire. (I know, I know, I'm dreaming big over here!) But that’s not all—I’m also planning to create 20 new gnomes and dragons. Clearly, I’m in full-on claying madness mode.
The problem? There are only two weeks between shows. I mean, can we talk about how two weeks is never enough time to bring all my magical ideas to life? But hey, it’s summer! That means I'm less busy playing chauffeur for my kids. Soon enough, my oldest will be driving himself around (cue the happy dance). He just needs to get behind-the-wheel training... which means mommy needs to pay for it.
So, why am I writing this blog post when I have bottles to finish? Probably because I needed a break from my desk mess.
Wish me luck in my crafty endeavors, and if you see me at the next Lunar Faire looking a bit frazzled, just know it's because I'm juggling fairy bottles, gnomes, dragons, and driving lessons. Ah, the glamorous life of a creator!
If you love me and want to help this exhausted mom get her son on the road, feel free to donate a dollar or two for his behind-the-wheel lessons on Venmo! https://venmo.com/u/Ddamsel Every little bit helps, and I promise to sprinkle some extra fairy dust in gratitude.
Stay magical, my friends!
